All equipment and hardware purchased from MicroWise Solutions will be shippe prepaid and insured, using the carrier selected by the Seller. Upon special arrangement, pickup at our facilities may be arranged. For your protection, deliveries will only be made to the address associated with the payment instrument. To insure the safety of the equipment or hardware, address confirmation may be requested before shipments are released.
MicroWise Solutions uses various FedEx services to ship its orders, including Fedex Express, Fedex Ground and Fedex Smartpost. FedEx Smartpost uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the final delivery. Next and 2nd day packages will be delivered via FedEx.
Standard Shipping, Continental United States
For Standard shipping (of in-stock items). Please allow 6-8 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 24-48 hours to process and ship.
Next Day Shipping
Orders (of in-stock items) placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Your package will arrive the next business day, from the date your package was shipped.
Second Day Shipping
Orders (of in-stock items) placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Your package will arrive in two business days, from the date your package was shipped.
Military APO/FPO Boxes
At the present time we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO Boxes. Please contact Customer.Service@Grason.com so that we may coordinate an alternative solution that meets your needs and travel plans.
Free Shipping Promotions
If a promotion offers "free shipping", it covers the cost of Standard Delivery only. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may incur additional charges or delays in delivery which are not under the control of MicroWiseSolutions.

Orders using standard shipping can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via FedEx Smartpost. Expedited shipping and packages over 9lbs cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping to a different address
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. The billing address must match the address on file with the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping Outside North America
We currently do not ship outside the United States or Canada.
MicroWise Solutions uses the Internet to deliver digital products to customers. These products will only be delivered to the Buyer and MicroWise Solutions may use various methods, including websites which require logon access. The Buyer has the responsibility of retrieving the purchase from the facility where the digital product was made available.
Activations and Registration
MicroWise Solutions provides products and services which may, from time to time, require that the Buyer either activate or register with the manufacturer in order to be used. The Buyer assumes all responsibilty for performing any activation and registration tasks required by the manufacturer or service provider. Unless previously stated, MicroWise Solutions Customer Service cannot perform the activation or registration for the Buyer, and may be limited by the manufacturer or service provider in respect to the services it can provide.
