All purchases from MicroWise Solutions are considered to be Special Orders but, we recognize that circumstances change and, from time to time, errors occur. To provide a measure of assistance to our customers we have provided the 5-Day Money Back Guarantee shown below:

We will refund to you the purchase price of equipment or hardware, subject to the limitations below:

The Buyer makes a Return Material Authorization request within five (5) business days of receipt of your order.
The product is unopened and unused.
The product has not been registered with the manufacturer and no warranty requests have been made.
All booklets, CD's, warranty cards, cables, power cords, special offers and other literature originally shipped are returned in the same box.
The Seller will arrange pickup, uisng the carrier or service of its choice, and post the charges to the Buyer's account.
The Buyer will make payment of the pickup charges within two (2) business days of posting to its account.
Upon receipt of the equipment or hardware, a full inspection will be made by Seller and any defects or missing items noted.
The final decision to accept the equipment or hardware will belong to the manufacturer, whose decision shall be final.
Monies will be refunded in the same form as the payment was made, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the equipment or hardware.
Monies for shipping, handling, and other miscellaneous charges will not be refunded.
These provisions may, from time to time, be revised without advance notice.
